Kris Singh

Kris is a Director for Strategic Programs at IBM Almaden Research Center in San Jose, CA. In this role he is responsible for driving IBM key Service Science Research initiatives working closely with industry forums/consortia, Eco System partners and major universities globally. Prior to IBM, he worked for AMD as a Director in the CTO Office responsible for major customers CTO level engagements and Strategic Product/Technology road map planning. Before AMD, he was a Director at Intel Corp where he managed Server Product/Technology road map planning, Data Center technology and IT Operation/Service Research initiatives. Before Intel he worked for National Semiconductor Corp in various Product/Technology management roles.
Kris has been actively involved in industry CTO/CIO forums and has been invited speaker at various technology forums/consortia globally. He has also been an adjunct professor at Santa Clara University where he teaches graduate courses in Electrical Engineering & Computer Science. Kris received his MSEE degree from Santa Clara University, CA. He also received his M.S degree in Solid State Physics and BS degree in Physics (Honors) both from Patna University, India.
