Dr. Victor M. Gonzalez received Doctoral (Ph.D.) and Master (MSc) degrees in Information and Computer Science from the University of California at Irvine and a Master (MSc) degree in Telecommunications and Information Systems from the University of Essex, United Kingdom. He graduated from Tech of Monterrey (ITESM) Mexico with a Bachelor in Electronic Communications Engineering (BSc). He is a member of BCS HCI, IEEE, ACM SIGCHI and past vice-president of SIG-CHI Mexican Chapter.
